Courses
Are you interested in doing a chocolate making course?
If so come and visit the Chocolate Lady who runs chocolate making courses from her workshop.
These courses involve:
- Information about chocolates and the materials used to make them,
- Tempering and molding,
- Truffle center work,
- Dipping and coating and
- Packaging and presentation.
Everybody who completes a chocolate making course will receive a course information booklet containing recipes and useful contacts, such as suppliers of chocolate making goods. you will also receive a certificate and can keep everything you have made.
Course prices start at £150 per person, which includes refreshments and a gourmet lunch. courses usually begin at 10am and finish at approximately 4pm.
